| This scheme supplements proposals that Vertov had already submitted in writing to the studio directors of Mežrabpomfil’m for the reorganisation of film work (cf. diary entries from the year 1936) and is connected to the schemes named "I" and "II". This diagram concerns the preliminary work necessary to be able to implement the "Creative Laboratory". Vertov sketched out eight central discussion partners for his project, including people ("Comrade Kanter") who had already "sanctioned" and reviewed material that had been selected for films, studios whose infrastructure could be used (incl. Mosfil'm, Sojuzkinochronika and Detfil'm) as well as the camera operator Surenskij. | ||
