Translation in progress Von Juni bis Dezember 1931 geht Vertov auf seine zweite Auslandstournee mit dem Film "Ėntuziazm (Simfonija Donbassa)". Von
17. Juli bis 12. September hält er sich unerwartet lange in Berlin auf. Nach einer internen Pressevorführung gelingt es Vertov,
eine Tournee zu organisieren, wobei er die Vorführungen mit dem Vortrag "März 1930 - Radio-Auge" begleitet.
